I’m a mom of three who always thought I was doing the “right things.” You know… choosing products with green labels, leaves on the packaging, words like natural and clean. I assumed that meant safe — especially for my kids.
But once I started looking a little closer, I was shocked.
The deeper I went, the more I realized how much marketing there is — and how little real transparency. So I kept digging. Reading. Researching. Asking questions. And without even trying to, I became the person people came to. Because I like doing the work. I like figuring it out so others don’t have to.
I truly believe most people want to live well, feel good, and stay healthy. They’re just busy. Overwhelmed. Tired. They don’t have the time — or the interest — to research every ingredient, product, or “healthy” claim out there. And that’s where I come in.
As I raised my kids, I knew we needed more fresh air, more nature, more space to breathe. That pull led us from the Chicago area to Scottsdale, Arizona. And just as we were settling into our first home, my life changed overnight — I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and brain cancer.
